Wow. LJdrama is not a nice place. I'm not a cyber pussy when it comes to that stuff, but it makes me think of all the recent press on "cyber bullying". I thought that was supposed to happen with high school kids though. Not adults! Luckily I'm not lame, and I'm still relatively young so I won't be doing any stories on it.
I've been pretty busy today actually. I went to work for a little bit in the morning and then I went to the library in the afternoon to work some more on my story. It will probably be finished by the end of next week. Then I've got editing etc to do. Normally, I work with non-fiction--I am an assistant editor at a suburban paper--local people have probably seen my name but I'm not going to say where because--well I've seen what you people do. This is really my first professional attempt at fiction. I've been wanting to do it for a long time. It's part of the reason I started this journal. The publisher and E-I-C at my "real job" have been very supportive with letting me have the time I need to do this.
I'm going to go to Center City on Friday to do the LJ meetup. It should be fun. I wonder if they are going to try and go to B&N.
